This policy applies to all Crowe DNA direct entities and/or divisions but does not include any websites operated by associated companies/brands.

- By accepting this privacy statement, you authorise Crowe DNA to obtain and share information about your creditworthiness with any credit bureau or credit provider’s industry association or industry body. This includes information about credit history, financial history, judgments, default history and sharing of information for purposes of risk analysis, tracing, and any related purposes.
- You agree that we may transfer your personal information outside South Africa, provided that the country to which the information has been transferred is subject to similar data protection laws as the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, and provided that such transfer is required for the performance of the Services we provide to you, for example if you give us an email address that is hosted outside South Africa; or to administer certain services, for example, cloud services. In addition, you confirm that we can transfer personal information across borders under the conditions set out by HubSpot and Google as our preferred tools.

Where Crowe DNA cannot delete your personal information, Crowe DNA will take all reasonable steps to make such information anonymous. This is subject to our compliance with any laws which requires that we retain/store or dispose thereof.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information Collected by Crowe DNA

Opt-Out Procedures
You have the option to opt-out of receiving information from Crowe DNA. This opt out messaging will appear at the bottom of every promotional email that is sent out to you by Crowe DNA in relation to this Site. Crowe DNA also gives you the option to remove your information from its database of active users.
