Mervin joined Crowe DNA in September 2020. Prior to entering the professional consulting and advisory world, Mervin commenced his career in HR at Standard Bank of South Africa, where he spent 21 years. He has experience in various senior leadership roles in , Human Resources and Retail Banking Businesses.
Mervin has worked in various countries in Africa, and in addition the UK, USA, Malaysia in business- as well as consulting and advisory roles across various industries. This include mining, manufacturing, logistics, telecoms, digital advertising, utilities and fire management among others.
Areas of professional interest and core competencies include strategic planning and performance enhancement, organisational design, operational process improvement, change management, leadership development, Labour law and HRIS.
