 Overview

As an aspiring Organisational Psychologist, Kristi is primarily focused on the effective functioning of Crowe DNA’s psychometric assessment centre. Furthermore, her experience also includes organizational development. This process includes both qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess, diagnose, design, implement and monitor best practices and processes for individual, team and organisational effectiveness.
