 As an Organisational Psychologist, Juanita applies her behavioural competency specialist knowledge to draw talent resources in various fields and match it with exciting opportunities to enable candidates to find their dream jobs and reach their career potential. 

 Experience

Juanita started as an HR Intern in the hospitality industry and left nine years later on an Executive level to explore growth opportunities in the Agricultural Sector. She eventually discovered her passion for consulting and is now a generalist in various HR fields with a natural inclination towards recruitment, selection and psychometric assessments.
